2. Orders and Payments

  • All prices listed on Lenzov.com are in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free shipping is available for all EU orders over €250.
  • Orders below €250 are subject to a €8.90 shipping fee.
  • Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours and shipped the next business day.
  • Orders placed before 16:00 are shipped the same day.
  • Delivery usually takes 1 business day, but certain locations may experience a delay of 1-2 additional days due to local couriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition to be eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

5. Warranty & Repairs

  • All products sold on Lenzov.com come with a manufacturer’s warranty (varies by brand).
  • Warranty claims should be made directly with the manufacturer or through Lenzov customer support if applicable.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Orders can be canceled or modified before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
